L’AVENIR SKINS – RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At L’avenir Skins, each product is crafted with precision using premium materials. As a made-to-order luxury brand, our policies are designed to maintain quality standards while ensuring fairness and transparency.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

All leather garments are made-to-order and will be shipped within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We follow a strict return policy.

Returns are only accepted if:

The product delivered is defective, or
The product is incorrect / not as per the confirmed order

❗ We do not accept returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
Proof of purchase is required

3. DEFINITION OF DEFECT

Due to the natural characteristics of leather:

Variations in grain, texture, shade, or minor markings are normal and not considered defects

A product will be considered defective only in cases of:

Structural or manufacturing faults
Incorrect product delivered

4. RETURN WINDOW


Leather Garments: 7 days from delivery
Leather Handbags, iPhone Cases & Accessories: 5 days from delivery

All claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

5. EXCHANGES


Size Exchange (Garments Only)
If an incorrect size is ordered, exchange is available at an additional cost of:
₹6000 for leather garments
₹3500 for fabric garments

Style Exchange
Customers may exchange for a different product:
Only if the new product is of equal or higher value
Price difference (if any) must be paid

Important Notes:
Exchange requests are subject to product availability
If replacement is unavailable, the brand may:
Offer an alternative product, or
Issue a credit note (at brand's discretion)

6. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping at their own discretion
We recommend using a trackable courier service
L’avenir Skins is not liable for damage or loss during return transit
In case of exchanges:
Customer bears both return and re-shipping costs, unless the product is defective

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are considered only in cases where L’avenir Skins is at fault
All refunds are processed case-to-case
Approved refunds will be:
Processed within 10 days, and
Credited via the original payment method

8. PARTIAL PAYMENT & ORDER REFUSAL

For orders placed with partial payment / advance, the amount paid is strictly non-refundable
If a customer refuses to accept delivery, the advance amount shall be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances

9. SALE & CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Products purchased on sale, discount, or special pricing are not eligible for return or exchange
Customized / personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged

10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted

11. WARRANTY

All L’avenir Skins products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects under responsible use.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Water damage or improper care
Misuse or external damage
Unauthorized alterations

12. FORCE MAJEURE

L’avenir Skins shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Supply chain disruptions
Government restrictions

13. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
