At L’avenir Skins, We have a 7-day return policy for Leather Garments and 5-day return policy on Leather Handbags, iPhone Cases & Acessories after receiving your item to request a return.

At L'avenir Skins returns are only accepted if the product delivered is faulty or not as per the description.

Garments will be made on an order basis and the order will be shipped within 15 working days after it has been placed.

Colours may slightly vary depending on your screen brightness.

Refunds will be considered only on a case-to-case basis and will be processed within 10 days of receiving a valid return request. It will be credited to you on the same payment method you used to pay for your product.
 
Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is faulty or not as per description.

    • Only products bought at full price are eligible for exchange/return. Sale/Discounted and special price items are not eligible for returns/ exchanges.

    • If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different style, then they can choose to do so by selecting a product(s) of a bill value that is equivalent, or higher than the original purchase receipt.

    • In case a product requires an exchange and the replacement product is not available, then it is the brand’s discretion to decide if the replacement product can be arranged, or whether the brand would like to issue a credit note against the purchase. Considerations will be given on a case-to-case basis.

    • A monetary refund will only be considered if the brand has been liable in not being able to provide a product/ service that matches the standards of a L’avenir Skins product.

    • Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled. All cancelation requests must be communicated to the brand immediately before orders are dispatched.

    • Customers are responsible for making their own arrangements for processing any exchange/return and must do so at their own discretion. We recommend to use a trusted service which allows you track your courier. The brand does not take liability for the product reaching to them in a damaged or unfavorable condition.

  • FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchange on international orders. International Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at customercare@lavenirskins.com for any cancellation requests.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you will be responsible of the shipping charge for change-of-mind returns.

We are proud of our products, materials, and craftsmanship. All L’avenir Skins Products are covered by a 6-month warranty which guarantees them against manufacturer’s defect under responsible use. This warranty only covers products purchased directly from L’avenir Skins official website.

Keep in mind that while personalized/customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, they are still covered by our warranties.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@lavenirskins.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
